This was our first experience with NAC. From the initial phone call to the successful repair, I couldn’t be more pleased. The repair was undertaken by Ashley who was very enthusiastic with his fault finding skills. I would definitely recommend NAC for any future repair.

,It was simple to do and clear.

The young mn who came was lovely. Polite and cheery. I was even more impressed when he just looked at the Dishwasher and it started without his doing anything. Wish I had that kind of power!!!

Bill was prompt to come to us and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the part which came the next morning and rang to arrange a time. Came and fitted it, job done. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Contacted them, talked about the problem they phoned me back with a day to fix my problem,the guy then contacted we when he could fix the problem,the day before I got a text what time he would arrive,he was on time and job fixed

Engineer arrived wirhin my time slot. Fault on my range cooker was identified quickly and repair carried out efficiently.

Helen listened to my issues, summarised accurately, sent relevant and helpful information immediately for me to refer to and made an appointment for me. Good communication is so essential and missing in many companies – so such a relief speaking up someone so knowledgeable and helpful.
