Even though in the end I needed to replace my machine, Paul was very helpful in the explanation and recommended a better quality machine.

My tumble dryer was making a buzzing noise when I turned it on, and the drum wasn’t turning, so I didn’t use it. I contacted several other companies to come out, but none got back to me. After visiting the NAC website, I found it informative and transparent. I was able to pick a day, and after doing so, I was kept fully informed of which engineer would contact me and when.

Graeme got in touch, we arranged a time, and he arrived exactly when he said he would.

Graeme was very friendly and let me know exactly what he was doing and why. He repaired the dryer in no time at all.

I highly recommend NAC for appliance repairs, and if needed, I will definitely use them again.

I called NAC and they came out the next morning. The engineer quickly found the reason my dishwasher wasn’t working and had the part needed on his van. He repaired it and the whole thing took less than an hour. Very happy – thank you very much.
