Superfast phone response. Engineer booked there and then with call out fee as per any other company. Large nationwide company so reputation is everything. Managed to rearrange engineer dates easily to suit me as lots of fast appointments come at me weekly. Engineer so chatty and informative. 1 week later all fixed. Only delayed because of fixing original assessment of the damage. Parts fair price too
