Friendly and helpful
I have an electric cooker which is around 17 years old. The bottom fan oven has tripped the electrics a few times so I stopped using it years ago and have only been using the top grill. I never got round to fixing it as I assumed it would have to be done via the manufacturer and that it would be difficult to arrange a convenient appointment. When the top oven and grill also started tripping the electrics a couple of days before Christmas, I knew it was finally time to sort it and I was dreading having to possibly replace the cooker. I found NAC after a quick Google search, and their online booking process was so user friendly and their reviews so good I didn’t bother looking at any other companies. I was able to arrange an initial appointment just after Christmas and was happy to pay the call out fee in advance. The engineer James Keith was professional, polite and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue straight away. After paying in advance for the necessary parts, James returned within a week to fit them, and my oven is now good as new. The price charged was reasonable as well. I’m so glad I found NAC and would 100% recommend them.
