Phoned the company on Tuesday and engineer has been out today Friday. Lisa was our first contact, very helpful and courteous. Engineer today was well turned out, lovely young man , new door seal fitted to my Miele washing machine. It was proving a bit tricky but he kept his cool and got the job done. Congratulations.
