They explained the procedure and got a call from the engineer asking what times I would be in and then arranged a visit.
Found the fault and ordered the part.
Part arrived sooner than the engineer was told.
Got another phone call from engineer to state that he could fit me in the same day part arrived.
Engineer fitted part and all is OK now.
