So simple – booked a repair for my microwave oven on- line.
Very quickly given a date for the engineer to visit, who then the night before, gives an ETA.
Engineer Robert, very friendly and helpful, quickly discovered the fault. Part was ordered and Robert a few days later replaced the part

Recommended and will use again. I booked an appointment late on Thursday the next available was Monday which was fantastic. I was contacted Friday with Chris’s number and he went out of his way, on his weekend to contact me to let me know what time he was going to be with us on the Monday. The call out was only £80 and peace of mind was given. If we need their services again, we will use.
