It was nice to speak to someone directly to book. Engineer called sane week and resolved the problem. Communication was good, I received a call to say he was on the way as agreed. Very polite and friendly. Overall very happy with the service

Really happy with this company. I had a real problem with a slide and hide oven door, which I had removed for cleaning and, whilst trying to put back on, it became completely stuck! The engineer, Mark, came out the following afternoon and sorted out the problem in double quick time. Really nice chap, very reasonable price and a very happy customer. Would recommend.

After an unfortunate experience with a repair company who had no idea how to repair my fridge freezer I was fortunate enough to contact NAC
Lisa was extremely helpful and efficient and arranged an appointment with Daniel who was so pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately spotted the problem and the repair was carried out with minimum disruption

NAC were easy to contact. The response to my problem was quick. The tech irian was polite, cheerful and efficient. The problem was diagnosed and a replacement part ordered immediately. The part was fitted as soon as it was available. The technician explained what the part was and how it had been fitted. I now have a functioning refrigerator.. I would certainly use NAC again
