From initial communication with NAC it was excellent and very efficient, their engineer Kam was on time and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the make of our product and was able to point the faults quickly and professionally.

Taf was up front with what the issue was, told me that the machine needed a new valve and that he would get a cost and email within a few hours which he did. We agreed a date and time for the repair, and he arrived, fixed it and I now have clean clothes!
Dishwasher stopped washing dishes however no error code – integrated machine and difficult to access
Connor turned up as arranged and sorted the issue within 10 mins – stayed longer to ensure was all working correctly
Paid just the call out fee which I think is great value just for the expertise of the engineer

Lee did a great job. He sorted out my dishwasher which had stopped working, explained what had gone wrong and gave me some instructions on what I should do going forward.

My washing machine had broken down. Was contacted by Josh with a time to call. The pump had gone on the machine and luckily Josh had the part in the van so fixed the washing machine straight away. Service was excellent and Josh was polite and helpful. Cost of repair wasn’t too bad either. Would definitely recommend this company 👌
