Had an issue with my tumble dryer, the response from NAC in regard to engineer call out , quote for parts and labour to resolve issue was less than a week, and hugely affordable into the bargain. This company advocates for trying to repair broken domestic appliances as opposed to waste disposal/landfill in the first instance. On this evidence its well worth taking this approach.
