I recently contacted NAC to ask for someone to look at my integrated Neff microwave which I had a problem with. They took all the details of the problem and within an hour an engineer called Lucas contacted me to arrange a suitable time to visit. He came on time, was polite and professional, identified the problem and although he had to order the replacement part, he kept me informed about when he received the part then came back to complete the job. Very satisfied with NAC and Lucas.

When I enquired about getting my cooker repaired, the phone was answered immediately with simple fixed cost payments explained. An appointment was booked and the engineer, Peter Hall, called back within a few minutes to confirm a time and obtain appliance details. He was not only polite and professional but diagnosed and repaired it perfectly.
