Great service, super easy to book, kept informed of when engineer was going to arrive. Unfortunately he told me pretty much what I already knew – dishwasher would be silly money to repair. Will definitely use service again.

Wonderful service . I was called away on a family emergency and had to change all the arrangements . Danny took it all in his stride , including waiting outside for a while for my OH to return from dog walking. Oven repaired and useful advice given. The service from start to finish was excellent. The response time to book the appointment for the gas engineer was very good. The engineer arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. I would highly recommend this company.
Engineer was friendly but more importantly was efficient even though he quickly found what was wrong he checked my coffee machine over to ensure everything was functioning correctly
The booking system was easy followed by a direct phone call from the repairman to fix an exact time window for the repair. Cheerful and careful while doing the work. Made sure I was happy with the appliance was working properly before he left.

The engineer was very polite very thorough with the whole aspect of the issue withe the appliance. From start to finish was very tidy and made no mess, no hidden extras or charges would recommend him very friendly it was nice to get some one honest and no messing about.
