Booked the service, a date was agreed, choice of morning or afternoon, chose morning. Nathan turned up at 10am, young capable technician with a clear professional ethos and impeccable manners. Got the tumble dryer back to work with a promise to have discount rates for recurrences on the same fault. Paid in cash and shook hands. Simple as that. Long be like that. I wish all domestic services were this reliable.
