Oven stopped working on Sunday evening. Made on line appointment that evening. Received call first thing Monday to confirm appointment. Two hours later the oven was fixed, a new element. Dan the engineer was polite & professional & did a great job. Thanks

My washing machine had been leaking so phoned and made an appointment for the same day. I very nice young man came, and at first, could not find the problem, but did not give up, and finally found a loose connection. He quickly fixed the problem, checked the machine several times and said to contact them again if it came back. But he does not expect the problem to come back.

All went well fixing my fridge. The calls I made were all answered promptly and people seemed to know what they were doing (both the office ladies and the Engineer who came).

It took a few weeks for the part to come from Europe, but that’s Brexit’s fault.

NAC uses local phone numbers and clever tech to come up in local search results, so I was fooled into thinking it was a local company, but the service was excellent so would use again in future. Seemed well organised.
