The engineer (Christopher) was excellent in attending when booked and with both the investigations, and in explaining what happened and what was required. He diligently looked after the work area and kept household disruptions to the absolute minimum.
This is best experience of a domestic repair company and we will definitely call on you should we ever need a repair in future.

It was excellent service by friendly engineer . I made an appointment on line in the 14th of November and my fridge/freezer was fixed the next day . The engineer explained thoroughly what the problem was then proceeded to fix it . Job done !!!

I was dealt with promptly with a firm and reasonable quote for the repair of my dishwasher. The engineer was thorough and accurate with his diagnosis. Unfortunately there were some challenges with the repair. the company however was responsive and corrected everything. The essence of this review is how a company handles these challenges defines the quality and culture of a company and this company stands out for their responsiveness and willingness to meet the customers expectations. I would definitely recommend this company for an appliance repair.

I had a problem with my dishwasher and called NAC. Wezz the engineer came out and fixed the dishwasher – it was a difficult job but nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.
