engineer came on time kept in touch ,was pleasant and professional

Booked repair for my oven using the online portal. Had and appointment that suited me and I was kept inform when the engineer was on his way.
Got my oven working on first visit and advised of the issue and what parts needed replacing. After receiving a full report with cost I went ahead and had the necessary parts replaced. Unfortunately for the engineer, a wrong part was sent and he had to return again. A great service overall with good communication throughout.

Very prompt action, called one day, repair done the next. Just what you want when things go wrong at home. The receptionist when I called up at first was excellent and efficient the repair was booked within a few minutes and the confirmation was in my inbox instantly.

I was able to book quickly and easily, despite it being near Xmas. It was also easy to cancel the booking when I needed to.

Booked appointment on line for Monday. Engineer was able to call sunday to diagnose. Proved price and work completed on Thursday. All done in less than week. Fair price. Engineer very good. Would use again. They were recommended to me by friend and very pleased
