The engineer that came was polite and honest.
He checked out the washing machine then phoned later to give us the verdict on what we should do.

Dishwasher faulty, telephoned and got a really pleasant reply with cost quoted, booked a call for me the next day, later the same day an engineer phoned to say he wasn’t that far away if I was in, I was so he called and very swiftly had the dishwasher out and repaired very quickly and efficiently. Really pleased especially a it was leading up to Christmas and my wife was pushing for a new dishwasher!!

Leon our fridge freezer man was brilliant.
He was able to sort the fridge part of the problem out , he saved Christmas.
He had to come two days running but the fridge freezer us all singing , all dancing now.
Think the cost £75 is quite reasonable too.

A great service from booking the appointment to the repair being completed. I was kept informed the whole time re timing, costs etc and my phone call with a query was quickly responded to. I would highly recommend.

Technician was friendly and arrived on time.
Was able to get a technician out in the week before Christmas and only had to wait a couple of days.
