Called to arrange for a repair to our cooker hood. I was given an appointment for a few days later. The engineer got in touch to advise time slot for arrival. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the service given.
Huge thanks to this company for sorting out our appliance just before Christmas. They even came out on Christmas Eve to complete the repair which was a lifesaver. Friendly over the phone and in person. Efficient and excellent communication by text. It wasn’t cheap (what is these days?) but I’m very happy to pay a bit more for this quality of service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
