A great service from the booking through to the repair to my cooker. Very friendly, informative, a good price and the guys who did the repair were excellent and friendly too, which my dog liked! All arranged and completed in quick time
On calling NAC to find out about a repair to my Neff Cooker the lady was so helpful and explained the costs clearly and booked in an appointment to suit me straight away.

Our dishwasher failed, and I spent a fruitless hour trying to arrange for assistance. Then I found NAC – immediate response, and engineer arrived within a couple of hours. The fault was unusual – a piece of broken glass lodged in the water pump – and he found it and fixed it. Excellent service, thank you!
It was really easy to book an engineer to take a look at the issue we were having with the door on our freezer, the price was good….we had to source the replacement door ourselves as they are too large for the engineers van..but that was not a problem for us. The engineer then came back to swap it over , he was very polite and friendly on both occasions and completed his work as quickly and professionally as he could
