I was genuinely surprised and encouraged from the moment that I made my booking online for a fault with my 10 yr old AEG dishwasher, which was very simple to do. I received confirmation and a little later, had a message stating a visit was could be made earlier. I duly arranged it. Engineer arrived within the time slot and got on with stripping the unit down and finding the fault, a blocked pipe to the water sump. Cleaned cleared and tested in 40 mins and told to let them know if the fault returned as it could need a £13 sensor but their price promise would cover the return and fix. £85 very well spent and the dishwasher works perfectly. Highly recommend which is rare in this day and age. Details stored for the future.

Easy to book an engineer visit appointment to look at our malfunctioning dishwasher. Excellent communication regarding who would be visiting us and when.

The engineer, Stefan Holub, was friendly and efficient. He identified the problem and explained it clearly. He told me what would happen next as he had to order a spare part. Very straightforward to agree the purchase of the spare part. A week later Stephan cam back and fitted the replacement part. Very professional throughout. Thank you Stephan and no hesitation recommending NAC Appliances.

Poorly washing machine !! Spoke to a really helpful and friendly lady, who took details and explained the process. I already know the name of the engineer who will attend and confirm the time. First time I’ve contacted this team but already fell it’s a friendly and professional team.

Engineer arrived on time carried out repair efficiently and advised on future work practice to minimise the chances of the fault recurring
