Yvonne was incredibly helpful and had a lovely manner. She did her job well and her arrangements came to speedy fruition, my engineer arriving earlier than I expected. Yvonne is absolutely excellent and deserves promotion!

Superb. I phoned up in the morning to report our washing machine was leaking badly. I was informed that someone would be out to fix it the same day. An engineer called late afternoon and repaired our washing machine and he was a credit to yourselves.
