Your chap turned up at the time specified, was courteous, thorough and professional. The work done was effective and my washing machine now drains as it should.
Tom was clearly an expert in his field. He worked quickly and efficiently but took the time to explain his findings and what was needed to resolve the issue with my Miele dishwasher.

very quick response. sorted out problem with fridge-freezer & took steps to prevent problem recurring. Chris explained the cause of the problem & what he had done to resolve it. Not especially cheap but worth it as no food deteriorated.
