My washing machine suddenly stopped spinning so last night, I booked online for a next-day appointment with NAC for a (very reasonable) fixed fee. I received a confirmation email from NAC almost immediately which included the name of the person who would be coming out to me. This morning, I received a text and then a follow-up phone call telling me my time window and then the service engineer phoned to say he was running early and could be with me shortly, which was jolly convenient. He arrived, found the fault, fixed it and left me a happy customer. Brilliant service from NAC and I will definitely use again when another appliance acts up and recommend to others. Thanks so much.
