All the stages of our experience have been highly satisfactory. The first phone call led to a clear and prompt outcome. The engineer arrived exactly as expected the following morning and identified the problem efficiently. A new part had to be ordered; that was done on the same day and the job was completed entirely within a very few days. We couldn’t have expected a clearer or more efficient experience.

The engineer arrived only 2 hours after first calling NAC. Amazing. The engineer knew immediately what the problem was with our dishwasher and it was fixed a few days later when the part arrived.
