Had an issue with the freezer section in our American style fridge freezer. Called to book an engineer and they had someone available a couple of days later. Had an text the evening before to confirm the visit and Engineer called when he was on his way. All good and engineer was polite and helpful. Problem fixed in one visit. All good. Would definitely recommend.
The engineer was very polite and kept us abreast of all steps he was working at. I would use NAC again to carry out any repairs on my appliances. First class service from the engineer. It was a pity the heat exchanger had a pinhole in it somewhere as shown by his vacuum test.
They were very helpful they come out straight away found the problem but the only thing is it was a waiting time for my parts to come and for an engineer to come to me that was the only problem Nathan was absolutely brilliant couldn’t fault him in anyway

Really easy to book an engineer and the cost for call out and labour was clear and competitive. Luckily our Miele microwave only needed minor repair so no expensive spare parts were needed and the microwave was thoroughly checked over. Would definitely recommend to other Miele product owners.
