Needed someone to come out ASAP to reverse doors on my new Samsung fridge/Freezer, and an engineers stood at my door tge morning of tge day after I contacted the company. No one else had wanted to take on tge job as the appliance stood in a tight fitting spot. The engineer fixed the issue in an hour. Price was a third less than another company’s quote I had obtained ((who wouldn’t come out unless I myself moved the fridge out of its tight spot). Very pleased, would recommend.
