Very easy booking the service and clearly explained the process .Was given a choice of appointments which suited me .Let me know 30 mins before they arrived so I wasn’t waiting in .Very quickly diagnosed the problem was very efficient at his job and a nice man .Cooker repaired all up and running again

I had never dealt with this company before. They were efficient and within 5 minutes an engineer rang and came the next day. He was efficient, polite and helpful. He temporarily fixed the problem with my tumble dryer which wasn’t 2 years old. He then returned with the new part and fixed the machine. Definitely use NAC again. Was most impressed.
