Daniel, our repairman, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He was careful to explain what needed doing to our dishwasher, why it needed doing, and what might happen if it wasn’t fixed. He also found out why the dishwasher was backing up water sometimes, and fixed the problem instantly. On his return visit to replace the door hinges which had caused the original problem he maintained this high standard of professionalism.
Faulty Thermastat replaced. Updated on where issue was up to. Tom the Engineer was courteous, on time and professional.
