The engineer turned up on time, and was polite and professional. He also went above and beyond by fitting in some extra screws to secure our integrated dishwasher better, when he was only here to fix the pump. Would use again!

I contacted NAC over the weekend, they got back in touch on Monday and arranged to come on the Wednesday same week. Andrew came within the time window I was given and quickly located the fault. He told What part was needed and how to arrange ordering.
5 days later NAC contacted me with a date they could come- which was the next day. Not convenient as I had to go to a funeral that day so I phoned them. Not a problem they said, shall add a note. Andrew contacted later that day with the perfect time early on that day.
