We used NAC to repair a Hotpoint gas cooker and would recommend them. The repair engineer James Keith was very professional.

We had a problem with our fridge freezer and made contact with NAC who were local. Details were taken and the callout charge explained. Following that I had 2 texts and an email in confirmation of the appointment and the name of the engineer. Everything after that was perfect. Very efficient and very happy with the quality of the service, so would use them again.

Contacted nacrepair on the Monday evening by email as it was out of office hours engineer Alex arrived the next day new exactly what the problem was part was ordered tumble dryer fixed within a week great job done will definitely be using the company again if needed.
