We received a same-day callout and our repair man was polite and managed to fix our tumble dryer within the same appointment. When booking this in also, Chloe was nice and professional and made a usually hard process easy! Would recommend and will be using this service again.

Professional and very knowledgeable

Our Neff dishwasher became emotional today so I called NAC based on reviews here. Spoke to a lady who took basic detail and said I’d have an engineer in 30mins!? Call out and labour was £78. Very fair I thought. The engineer (Casey) called me and arrived within that time. He diagnosed the fault based on symptoms and repaired the machine in 20mins.

If I could give 6-stars I would.
