The engineer was confident and polite and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend this engineer.

Engineer came out quickly and was polite. The cost was made very clear throughout – £90 for a call out. He looked at the machine and let me know it needed a new pump, I ordered this from NAC and it was £40, Nick the Engineer then came back when the part arrived and fitted it and that was included in the original £90. He fitted it very quickly on his second visit. Very good company!

Nico turned up promptly on both occasions and was very friendly, informative, helpful and professional. Tested my old oven, explained issues and costs of repairs etc, advised on new oven and I got him back to fit it. Very good.
Had to wait a few days but not an issue for us. Technician was efficient, helpful and friendly. Identified the fault, demonstrating the cause of the issue and he rectified it without the need of a replacement part. However should the problem reoccur within the next 3 months I’m told there would be no further charge for callout – just the cost of the new part. Couldn’t ask for more
