Answered the phone quickly, booked Engineer while i was waiting, Engineer was available same day.
Texted confirmation of booking, then texted to confirm Engineer on the way and then the Engineer called to say he was en-route.
Engineer solved my problem within seconds, which Samsung to their shame could not resolve during a live chat with them. I think i spent 20 minutes on live chat with Samsung, then spent 10 minutes on hold with the Samsung authorised repair company (waste of time completely). Then i called NAC and from calling to completion i think it took no more than an hour including the Engineer visit.
The stupid thing is that Samsung could have told me what to do – but they didn’t for some reason.
Well done NAC, will come back to you with any future issues.
