A quick phone call and an appointment was made for the engineer to come and look at my dishwasher. This was confirmed by a message and I was kept informed about when he would arrive. I was very impressed by Ashley who was very thorough and got my machine working properly again. He was polite and friendly and very tidy. I will definitely use this company again if I have any problems with any domestic equipment. And my hands are very pleased not to keep washing up! Thank you

Booked repair on line and was kept regularly informed about my appointment. Engineer arrived promptly. He was pleasant and courteous and carried out the repair cleanly and efficiently.

The engineer was on time, very polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem which concerned a part that had to be ordered. NAC very quickly emailed me the cost if the part. This was paid and the engineer returned as part of the initial call out fee and quickly fixed the appliance. The cost was set out from the start and was clear. Excellent service!
