Very pleased with Gareth from Zed appliance repairs. He came on 4th December and He identified the problem with my Neff dishwasher promptly. He ordered the spare part and came back on 10th December to fit and repair it. Was prompt and kept me informed via txt message.
Had a problem with a leak from my washing machine; engineer was very polite and efficient and fixed the problem. I received updates via email before his visit. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service. The microwave on my neff combi oven died. They were polite and positive. A engineer out in 2 days. He arrived early Sunday morning to diagnose and did a little repair too. They rang next day to say they had the part in stock and next day another engineer arrived and fitted the magnetron.no extra charge for fitting , all included in the call out fee. Fabulous service and very pleasant and efficient engineers. Reasonably priced too. A new oven would have set me back £1200!

I experienced NAC repair service to be outstanding. I run a social club and our glass washer was not working at 100% capacity. I called NAC and on the day they were due to come out the plug and socket of the glass washer smoked and became black. I called the engineer that was due out and told him the situation and he informed me he can change the socket and plug but will need to get the parts to do so. Shortly after he came and changed the socket and plug, he also fixed the glass washer, he was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, polite. He went above and beyond the service I was expecting. If all company’s provide a service like NAC has for us then WOW that would be something. Thank you so much NAC I will definitely be using your services again 100% and recommend your services to anyone that is in need of them. Merry Christmas
