Phoned last Monday re fault on my American Samsung Fridge/Freezer engineer arrived same day and located fault ordered part. Arrived today 22 May fixed new part.
This is the second time I’ve used the company and the service is fantastic. The same engineer Danny on both occasions excellent.
Already passed phone no. On to several friends.
Efficient, rapid, friendly and professional. I was very happy. The cost was also very reasonable for this level of prompt service.
Engineer was very approachable , instantly took the stress away when he said he could definitely fix the issue to which he did . And that he left me with a working machine . As I was told previously due to the nature of the bang that my washing machine was ready for ‘ the bin ‘ .
Lad was polite and professional. Had a replacement part in his van already. Great service
He called to confirm he was coming 30 mins before as promised and quickly repaired but not a tricky job though, if only I’d known!!

The guy that come to fix it (Aaron) was great … he put a new computer board in my washing machine it didn’t work and he didn’t leave my flat until he knew what the problem was, he kept me in the loop at all times as to what was happening… and he fix it

Wez was a very polite young man and carried out the repair to my washing machine in a very professional manner. If all the NAC Engineers work to the same high standard then it is a good advertisement for the company. It is just a shame I had to wait 10 days for the machine to be fixed due to part’s availability. I would have no hesitation in recommending NAC.
