Engineer came on time and date specified. Checked appliance to locate possible fault and tested dishwasher was operating OK before leaving.
The engineer (Christopher) was excellent in attending when booked and with both the investigations, and in explaining what happened and what was required. He diligently looked after the work area and kept household disruptions to the absolute minimum.

It was excellent service by friendly engineer . I made an appointment on line in the 14th of November and my fridge/freezer was fixed the next day . The engineer explained thoroughly what the problem was then proceeded to fix it . Job done !!!

I was dealt with promptly with a firm and reasonable quote for the repair of my dishwasher. The engineer was thorough and accurate with his diagnosis. Unfortunately there were some challenges with the repair. the company however was responsive and corrected everything. The essence of this review is how a company handles these challenges defines the quality and culture of a company and this company stands out for their responsiveness and willingness to meet the customers expectations. I would definitely recommend this company for an appliance repair.
