It was really easy to get an appointment to look at our washing machine, it broke down on the Friday and someone came out first thing Monday. The repair man was helpful, polite and experienced. Would definitely recommend!
Engineer on time, he was very polite and honest. The fault was pointed out but my appliance could not be repaired as the casing itself was leaking.
I am looking for an A energy rated appliance, and he gave me some good advice for replacements.

Simple to book. Engineer knowledgable and arrived on time. Fixed drainage issue with Siemens washing machine and gave advice on how to avoid problems in future. Engineer was available on the phone to answer queries after he left the premises.

Turned up on time and diagnosed problem of failed heater in dishwasher. Unfortunately there were also other issues which rendered a repair uneconomic but I’d use them again if there’s another appliance problem
