Our oven is now working perfectly thank you. Ashley assessed the problem last week and returned with the necessary part today. Booking by phone and payment online were easy.

Booked the visit on a Sunday and the appointment came back for the Monday.
The guy was actually early and called first to make sure it was ok to come before the allocated time slot. He sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair.

Arrived on time and as agreed. Worked quickly and efficiently – no time-wasted. Had the required equipment to hand. Was familiar with the make of cooker. Had a spare-part in the van which meant there was no wait, i.e. no second visit/no time wasted sourcing the spare. The charge was as agreed in advance; the only additions were the cost of the on-street parking required, and the price of the spare part. Thank you.
