Arrived just before 8oclock. Identified problem quickly and dealt with it. Advised us on different programmes to use on dishwasher that we didn’t use and ran a cycle checking all was working well.

Very efficient administration of enquiries. Call back immediately from the engineer to say that he had the job and the hours that he would arrive between. Offered to call me 30 minutes before he would arrive too. It was not possible to access the back of the machine and he had to return the next day by which time we had been able to remove a door and move things around. The company charged me the call out fee but the same engineer came back the next day and did the repair in around an hour at no additional cost. NAC were able to come out same day on both days whereas Miele gave us a slot 4 days later. NAC’s call out charge of £95 for however long it takes to fix the item was also £55 less than Miele who then charge £100 for every additional hour. My usual repair company could not fix Miele. Good to find a company that does repair Miele, offers a great service at a good price. I found this company by chance and am very glad that I did. Highly recommended.
The washer did not exhibit the fault when tested, avoided the same faults and was advised to run the machine on a 90 degree cycle to wash the machine out
Engineer turned up on time, explained the process of the work required, and was very polite. Prices seem high, but no worse than everything in life in the current climate. Would highly recommend.

Telephone answered very quickly for initial call. Made appointment for same day and promised engineer would contact about 30 mins before attending. Service engineer called and arrived as promised. Repaired the cooker with spare part (heating element) from his van and left working, so only without oven for 24 hours. Excellent service.

Polite people but very mean to charge £78 for a 2 minute call to tell an 85 year old the oven didn’t work because the clock wasn’t set. Sadly will not use them again.
