helpfull chap sorted problem out quickly and efficiently, I was expecting to get ripped off but charges were as advertised – would use again

An engineer was able to come same day within half an hour of booking. Repair was done very quickly, very happy with the service.

Wes was fantastic.. Lovely guy who knows his stuff. Couldn’t find fault with my appliance but it’s often the case for us that it’s temperamental so I understand. He did a have a full go at trying to find the fault, so said video it next time it happens. Very thorough and would highly recommend.

Unbelievable service always use you again

The engineer came on the expected day and rang me on his way to give an accurate time of arrival. He was pleasant polite and helpful, checked the cooker and did necessary repairs. He answered all my queries in a knowledgeable way.

My cooker was fixed within two working days of contacting NAC. I was given an appointment to suit my availability. The engineer was very efficient and had the cooker fixed within 30 minutes.
