After my initial phone call an engineer was sent out to look at my Bosch oven Door that was faulty, I got a pre visit call with a time for an appointment, the engineer was polite, knowledgeable and quick to assess the problem, parts were ordered and I was contacted by NAC when they could be fitted, the same engineer came back to fit the parts, he was very punctual, quick and polite, we were very happy with the service we got from NAC.
