Prompt response, an engineer was with us within 2 hours of calling NAC.
He was polite and friendly and explained the problem which he had identified immediately. It was fixed it in a matter of minutes.

The chap that came to do the repair was very polite and gave good advice unfortunately was not able to repair my appliance to its full capacity due to the age off the freezer so after Christmas it’s a new one for me,but I would give NAC 10 out of 10,
Very helpful repair person, turned up on time and diagnosed the fault correctly which turned out to be a faulty consumer unit, not the cooker.
