From the initial enquiry online I was able to book an appointment day that suited me. The appointment was confirmed shortly after, and the day before I was given a time slot. Engineer came within my slot time, was very experienced, very helpful and fixed my fault. Exceptional service thankyou

Your engineer succeeded in repairing the oven door, the oven having been in situ some 20 years or so and had not been moved. He had some difficulty in getting access to the catch but persevered. He also located the missing nut from the top hinge of the door. My oven now works properly with a secure door. I am very pleased with his work.
