Easy to book an appointment online and the terms and conditions were clearly outlined. There is a very competitive call out fee which covers all labour so no hidden costs, engineer gives a date and time for the appointment and turns up in the given time frame. I would most certainly use NAC again should the occasion arise

Really great experience. The engineer (Tim) knew exactly where to look and the fault was fixed in under an hour (Miele dryer tripping the mains breaker).
