Looked at my washing machine as it had stopped working.
Unfortunately, he had to tell me that the washing machine was broken and a repair would probably cost more than a new machine!

Engineer was very polite although unable to fix as the freezer had blown due to lack of ventilation which he explained. This was very helpful as I would have had a new one installed and the same thing would have happened.
