Very prompt service good advice given as no work was needed on our washing machine problem down to using too much powder. Miele need to improve instruction manual to show how much powder to use.
Quite a lot of money to pay when could have been avoided if manual was better.
We are still awaiting a receipt for payment.

NAC Engineer arrived in good time, very professional, courteous and friendly. Work carried out excellent and tested my washing machine to check it was in good working order. I noticed water was leaking on left side during rinse and drain/spin cycle. My washing machine is okay not leaking turns out to be a drainage issue. Will keep with NAC and will use them again if required.
