To be honest my first visit was a bit disappointing, and I wasn’t convinced the engineer had really been thorough. But I ordered the suggested parts and when a different engineer turned up (Alex) he did an amazing job – 110% effort this time, left no stone unturned, diagnosing and fixing the actual problem that was missed first time round, and I couldn’t be happier with the service – thanks Alex!
