I found NAC from Checkatrade I had a problem with my Neff Oven I thought it was the Fan as it made a dreadful noise when I switched it on.
NAC were great they sent an engineer the next day he was great he was on time, friendly and explained everything he was doing, he fixed the problem I didn’t have to have a new Fan!
