I sent an Email to the company about an oven that wasn’t working at about 9pm , at 8am the next morning I had a phone call from the engineer and by 1pm he’d been and repaired the oven. I couldn’t ask for better speedier service, it was a 5 star performance.
Richard was great and went the extra mile to fix our oven, microwave and tumble dryer!

I had an issue with a dishwasher, and the engineer diagnosed a faulty motherboard, which he could have replaced, but, being fair, he told us that it wasn’t worth doing as a replacement would only be a few £’s more.

My technician, Michael, was professional. He explained each step that was performed. I was happy with the repair.
From initial telephone call with a helpful and supportive individual, through to engineer arriving a couple of days later, NAC have proved to be completely professional. Engineer fully conversant with all the problems which could be encountered and completed the work we needed in 15 minutes. Would fully recommend and would use again if/when required.

The engineers was very helpful and explained what was needed to repair the gas oven.
Found the fault straight away and repaired it ,then checked the rest of the cooker hob to make sure everything was fine and working.
