I rang and someone came the same day. The engineer was polite and got on with the job. It was all sorted within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service and would certainly use them again.

The engineer was friendly, thorough, regarding my problem. The embarrassing thing was that inadvertently, the switch on the wall had been turned off. Fortunately no actual repair was needed or new machine or parts had to be purchased!!

They kept us informed on arrival time. Engineer friendly and professional, sorted the problem with our NEFF dishwasher and explained in clear terms what the issue was and how he rectified it.

Repair guy was not only lovely, friendly and helpful but clearly knew his stuff. Next day repair, first job of the day, and boom my washing machine was going again; even better than before as he adjusted the feet which means it won’t rock when spinning. Brilliant service, would recommend without hesitation.
