From initial contact the full experience was one of full professionalism, understanding and excellent communications throughout. Once the appointment had been made, further communication received from the engineer to re-confirm time and date, he arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous, explaining exactly what he was going to do…fixed everything perfectly; couldn’t ask for better service. Top marks to all the team involved.

Engineer was very prompt, identidied the problem quickly, got the part ordered and fitted in a very short timescale.

Well maybe a little premature as they haven’t actually come out to do the repair yet. However Wendy the lady who booked the call out was excellent, very professional and helpful.

The enginner advised ETA, gave me 30 min notice as I requested, arrived on time and provided solution to the problem. He was punctual, polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

This is an excellent service. the technician turned up for the appointment on time and completed the task of mending my washing machine within minutes. I was left with the impression that NAC is very professional and customer-centred in its approach to dealing with its customers.

Kept in touch with me about ETA which was very helpful. Explained about the job and got on with it. It’s an old oven and we were told honestly what was able to be repaired and what parts now not available. Felt very reassured.

Very professional gentleman came to fix my cooker the day after I called. He arrived within a 2 hour timeslot that was given, I was texted when he was on his way. He identified the issue immediately, took care of my cooker and even put slides under the feet so it didn’t damage my kitchen floor when he pulled it out. Then he fitted an original part that he had on his van, so no need to wait for another visit, and charged me less for it that if I were to buy it myself from anywhere else I could find.

The repair was a very fair fixed priced too; would definitely recommend.
