I have purchased an American style Samsung refrigerator that is faulty which Samsung have stopped repairing now that the same issue has broken 4x in 3 years. This is the 5th repair person I’ve had out since having the issues, 1 didn’t even know how to repair an American style refrigerator and ended up leaving without repairing. I was very hesitant to find a new repair company, but for the first time the repairman was knowledgeable enough to explain why the problem is reoccurring, and had it repaired in less than an hour. Very professional, very knowledgeable and timely. Also, I didn’t have to wait weeks to get someone out it was a next day service. I will use this company for all future repairs.
