Soon worked out what the problem was and put it right.. job done.
The electrician/engineer arrived on the time stated and promptly dismantled my microwave. He spent quite a time on it but had to tell me that the repair would cost more than a new model. As this microwave (Indesit) was only 18 months old I was very disappointed but decided on a working condition only item as per the original. He wrote down the 4 problems my model had and stated that I had just been unlucky with the item. Great service, not only on time but honest.
Very speedy response to enquiry about broken oven. Local electrician rang within an hour and a booking was made for the 24 hrs later. Electrician arrived very helpful and honest and after checking the appliance I made decision to replace it. Electrician helped to source it and 24 hours later new built in oven installed and up and running

My second time using NAC and both times have been positive experiences. The engineer arrived exactly on time and with plenty of communication prior to arriving but not too much so as to bombard. The engineer conducted a brief inspection and diagnosed the issue. In this case the dishwasher was over 20 years old, with limited parts available and there was no guarantee the suggested fix would be the final solution.
The engineer could have used this as an opportunity to upsell but instead gave his honest opinion that it was time for a new machine. He then gave helpful recommendations for us to buy a new one.
Quick diagnosis, very professional (i didn’t expect it to be fixable tbh) at a fair cost and came back promptly like they said they would to fit the part once it arrived to them. No mess, no fuss and very personable polite blokes. Thankyou for a lovely service-I’m about to test the oven out!
